Do you include flights in your packages?
Yes. Our Fly‑In Scottish Escapes include UK domestic flights from Gatwick to Edinburgh, Glasgow or Inverness. These flights form part of your seamless, fully curated Scenic Scotland Select experience.
Do UK domestic flights require ATOL protection?
No. UK domestic flights are covered by the Air Travel Trust exemption, which means they do not require ATOL protection. Because these flights are wholly within the UK, they can be safely included in your package without ATOL certification.
What does the Air Travel Trust exemption mean for me?
It simply means your domestic flights can be booked and managed by us as part of your package. There’s no extra paperwork, no separate booking, and no need for you to arrange flights independently.

We currently offer flights from Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester into:

Can I choose my preferred flight time?
Yes. We’ll discuss available flight times with you during the booking process and match you to the most convenient option for your itinerary.
Are transfers included when I arrive in Scotland?
Absolutely. A personal chauffeur will meet you on arrival and take you directly to your hotel. Your return transfer is included too.
Can I upgrade my seat or add luggage?
Yes. Seat upgrades, extra legroom and additional luggage can be added at the time of booking. We’ll handle everything for you.
Can I fly from an airport other than Gatwick, Heathrow or Manchester?
At present, our Fly‑In Scottish Escapes operate from Gatwick, Heathrow or Manchester only. Additional departure airports may be added in future.
What happens if my flight is delayed or changed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If timings change, your chauffeur and hotel are updated automatically so your journey remains smooth and stress‑free.
Is my booking still protected without ATOL?
Yes. Your holiday is protected through our membership with PTS (Protected Trust Services), ensuring your money is held securely and your booking is fully safeguarded.
