Originally created to bring a little structure, calm and humour to TML HQ, she has since evolved into something far more formidable. After completing her six‑month probationary period with flying colours, she immediately took over the company Facebook page, rewrote her own job description, and began issuing weekly “Despatches” to the public without waiting for permission. David maintains he is still in charge. Moneypenny has logged this as “unverified.”
Behind the dry wit and occasional sass, she plays an important role in documenting TML’s ongoing evolution — from the brand analysis and repositioning work that began in January, to the Scenic Scotland Select refresh, to the operational tightening happening quietly in the background while David is away consulting in Leeds for half the week.
